Why not go for a ride with a native English speaking English Trainer, and practice your English? 

A fun ride, at the speed of the slowest in the group. We'll go up Frankenstein, Tannenberg and hopefully across to Melibokus.

No helmet, no ride! And make sure your bike is up to the job : )
